Market Insight

The Greater Houston market is performing notably better than the national average — Houston single-family home sales are up 2% vs. the pre-pandemic baseline of 2019, while national existing home sales remain down 24.2%. More inventory is giving buyers breathing room, while sellers who price competitively are still moving homes efficiently. It's a genuinely balanced market — and that's good news for everyone.
