A Note from Isaias

The Greater Houston market is outperforming the national average in a meaningful way — local single-family sales are tracking above pre-pandemic levels, while national existing home sales remain well below. More inventory is giving buyers breathing room and negotiating leverage, while sellers who price strategically are still seeing solid activity. Mortgage rates dipped briefly below 6% in mid-April before edging back up — if you've been waiting for the right window, now is a great time to have a conversation.
